Delivery:

Please be aware that a lot of the products are handmade, bespoke, and sometimes made to order; therefore there may be a waiting time. If this is the case, we will keep you informed.

Delivery is free within most of mainland UK (some exclusions may apply) Depending upon the size of the sculpture, will determine which delivery method will be used. Please contact me if for a delivery quote out of mainland UK. For next-day delivery, an extra charge will be made, contact Nate’s Forge if you require a quicker delivery.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery is the item has arrived damaged.

Certificate of Authenticity:

Each piece of work I create is unique. and and comes with a certificate of authenticity written and signed by myself, Nate. Each piece has its own character and I like to name my big pieces, as they really do come alive for me when I am sculpturing them.

As well as a certificate, each piece will have my unique Nate’s Forge custom stamp put onto the creation.

Personal Information:

Any personal information you give when corresponding with us or placing order will us will not be shared with anyone except information the delivery company will need to know.

Size & Colour Disclaimer:

Sizes and weights shown are approximate. Because of monitor variations, colour may be slightly different.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind. The piece will need to be returned at the purchases own cost, within 14 days. Within its original packaging. When the item is received by Nate’s Forge, in perfect condition, we will refund you 80% of the cost of the item, by same means as the item was paid for.

You may not use, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system, or print off for group settings.
